Goulding's Monument Valley Campground & RV Park

Gouldings Monument Valley Campground & RV Park is located in Monument Valley Utah. It has 66 RV spaces and 100 tent spaces available and accommodates RVs, tents, and has several cabins and rentals available. So, there’s a way for everyone to stay comfortably. This includes Fido! Yes, your pooch is welcome, as well.

Monument Valley is extremely scenic, but it is a dessert. There are very few trees in the area, and it is sandy with red/orange rock formations that are unlike anything you’ve seen anywhere else. This means there is very little shade at this site, but it is very pretty. There are restrooms and showers available as well as campfire rings. Always be sure to check on the rules before lighting a fire, though! 

If you’re camping in a tent, there is a dedicated tenting area and an area with covered tables. For RV campers, every site has full hookups, and there are tables as well as barbecues at each site. Services at the park include laundry, ice, groceries, cable, ATM machine, RV supplies, and metered LP gas. They also have a swimming pool, nature trails, a pavilion, an exercise room, and horseshoes. There is also plenty of hiking in the area, which makes it great for a new adventure!

When it comes to your pooch, they are definitely welcome! Keep in mind, though, that most RV parks ask you to keep your dog leashed and require you to always clean up after them. So, while you’re packing your pup’s things, be sure to include their leash and poop bags. Some other great items to bring include bedding, food, toys, and anything else your pooch needs for a safe and comfortable trip.
