Grand Canyon Railway RV Park

There is a rich history to this park, as it is located along the Santa Fe Railway line that was so popular in the late 19th century and early 20th century. It's hard to call this camping. When most people think of camping, they picture "roughing it" in the wild. When you take your RV and pet to the Grand Canyon Railway RV Park, you are experiencing the best of all worlds - a bit of home in your RV, the amenities of a resort experience, and the freedom to visit some of the finest national parks in the southwest. 

As the guest at this park, you have access to the expected RV amenities of laundry, picnic tables, a pavilion, barbeque grills, and necessary hookups. There is even Cable TV. Since the grounds also have a luxury hotel, the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel, you can enjoy the hotel's amenities which include a pool and fitness facilities. 

This campground has the train depot for the rail to the Grand Canyon. You can expect to hear train whistles at all hours. Shuttle services are available to help campers get around for local activities. The park is central to amazing places to visit. The nearby town of Williams has restaurants and accommodates the needs of the RV campers. There is Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Sedona, Canyon de Chelly, and Lake Powell. 

You can explore this spectacular region and know that you have a place for your pooch to be safe and supervised. The campground offers a Pet Resort that has 8 rooms for dogs and 16 custom condos for cats. Visitors who have boarded their dogs share that their pets had a great time and were well cared for during their stay. When camping with your dog, it is always smart to keep your pet on a leash. Be a good citizen and clean up after your pet!
