Summer months are busy for the Grand Canyon; therefore, if you plan on bringing your RV during that time, it is recommended that you make reservations at the campground. The least busy months are November - February which will most likely consist of open campsites; however, please take the weather into consideration.Â
The site's natural charm and the Canyon's plethora of outdoor activities are enough for most; however, the RV park also contains a few added amenities. Some of these include picnic tables, BBQ grills, a common area with cable, vending machines, and laundry facilities for your comfort.Â
Charlie can even come along for the trip! Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash and under the direct supervision of their owners at all times. Please bring bags along to properly dispose of your dog's waste. Shade is present throughout the campground to help your pup cool off, but please remember water, especially if you plan on hiking with your furry friend.Â
Look for your welcome packet upon check out with all of the information you may need for your stay (things to do in the area, rules, maps, etc.). The friendly staff is there to make sure you have the best stay possible, so they ask that you use them! Let them know if you have questions and enjoy your stay at one of the most famous tourist sites in the world.Â
