The Hillcrest RV Resort in Zephyrhills, Florida is designed to be the perfect destination for adults 55 and over, and it just so happens to be a great destination for your furry family members, too! This resort welcomes leashed pets under 40 pounds, and up to three dogs are permitted at each site. However, there are some breed restrictions, so make sure to call ahead to confirm that your pup can accompany you. There's a spacious dog walking section, and there's also a separate area for campers who want a dog-free experience.
During your stay at the Hillcrest RV Resort, you'll have no shortage of fun and useful activities and amenities to enjoy. The streets of the resort are lighted, which makes it easy to find your way to your RV site where you can park vehicles up to 65 feet. Sites do not come with picnic tables, grills, or fire rings. You can choose from 30 or 50-amp electric, and there's wifi available in several different areas of the resort. There's a spacious laundry facility for guests to use, and you'll also have access to a heated swimming pool and whirlpool.
To keep you busy during your stay, you can play on one of 12 lighted shuffleboard courts, and there are also plenty of regulation horseshoe pits. This family-owned resort also has a large clubhouse (with a dance floor!) where they regularly host dinners bingo nights, dances, and live music events. When you're ready to venture out of the resort and check out other activities, you have all sorts of options. There are restaurants of all kinds just a short drive from the resort, as well as fishing holes, golf courses, and great shopping.
Plenty of guests love the Hillcrest RV Resort so much they choose to make it their home all year long, but it's a lovely place to come for a weekend, too. In the off-season from May to September, rates begin at just $25. From December to March when the resort is busiest, prices go up to $39 daily.
