At Lake in a Forest, you will find a variety of camping accommodations including RV sites, both shaded and sunny, tent sites with water and electric hookups, as well as cabin and RV rentals available.

The family-run campground allows its visitors to choose from various unique activities to busy their days with. Some activities include ceramics, photography lessons, glass etching and t-shirt design, all giving you a chance to be creative. Dogs are permitted to accompany their owners while camping, however, if you choose to stay in a cabin, there is a $25 fee for your pup. Fees do not apply for standard camping or RVs. Prices for the various campsite accommodations vary, but camping for four (2 adults and 2 children) is 30 dollars a day with each additional adult and child costing just a bit more.

The pet policy asks you to keep your pup on a leash at all times. Don’t let them roam free or go on other sites. If they are barking, please bring them inside and be sure to clean up any waste they make. There is a designated dog walking area in the campground for you to use. Please do not bring your pup in buildings or the swimming pool area. Upon leaving, if your campsite is left with holes, or other damage from your pooch, you can be charged a $25 clean up fee.
