Murphy's Outback RV Resort
Murphy's Outback RV Resort is a dog-friendly camping destination located in Eddyville, Kentucky. This campground comes equipped with amenities and is surrounded by outdoor recreation "op-paw-tunities" for you and your pup.
Though this campground is only able to accommodate RV campers, there are over 100 sites, many of which have modern amenities. Some sites are pull-through and can accommodate larger campers. Many of the sites come fully loaded with all hookup services including water, sewage, and electricity. Rates start at a wallet-friendly $39 per night. Not to mention the campground is uniquely an RV dealership, so any parts or services your vehicles require, they have it!
All dogs are welcome at Murphy’s, with only a few rules to remember. Waste clean-up is a must, so please bring along waste bags so you can easily dispose of any messes made by your pup. Dogs are also to remain under control and on a leash at all times. They’re never to be left unattended and are always welcome to travel the park at your side.
Here at the "outback", enjoy the serenity of the rural outdoors coupled with adventure. A long hiking trail "paw-fect" for novice hikers and their doggie sidekicks is located within the park grounds. Give your pooch a chance to breathe in the fresh Kentucky air and socialize with other pups exploring the trail. Not far from the grounds, a boat ramp is easily accessible for canoe and kayak enthusiasts. Cool off in the swimming pool or take the kids to the park during your days of relaxation.
You can also find a bathhouse with hot showers to freshen up after your day of exploring. Laundry services allow RV campers to pack light, saving space for more important supplies. Wireless internet is available for those who need to stay connected. At the campground store, stock up on firewood and ice for an evening under the stars. Roast marshmallows and cook hot dogs at a fire on your own campsite. Before packing up and heading off on your way home, clean up the RV by using the self-service vehicle wash.
