Nestled along the Nevada and California state line is the Nevada Beach Campground and Day Use Pavilion in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. This quiet campground has 54 sites to choose from, and it can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 45 feet. Your spot at the Nevada Beach Campground sits near the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe, and the pine trees in the campground offer plenty of shade for most sites.
Up to six people can stay at each campsite, and pets are welcome to join too! Two pets per site are permitted, and your dog must always be attended and on a leash. Your dog can hang around the campsite with you, but they aren't allowed on the surrounding beaches.
Each campsite at the Nevada Beach Campground comes with a campfire ring, a grill, and a table. There's drinking water available, and the campground also has accessible toilets. Bears frequent the area, so bear-safe lockers are provided for visitors to store their food. If you're camping with a big group, you can reserve the Nevada Beach Day Use Pavilion for up to 150 people. Within the pavilion, there are ten tables and three BBQ stations, and your group will have great views of the mountains behind you and the lake ahead of you.
You can enjoy all sorts of activities on Nevada Beach and Lake Tahoe when you camp at the Nevada Beach Campground. Campers can partake in water skiing, boating, swimming, and fishing, or laying out on the beach. There are also hiking trails nearby, including the 2.6-mile Lam Wa Tah Trail, where you can trek the perimeter of Nevada Beach. Within ten miles of the campground, there are grocery stores, gas stations, golf, restaurants, casinos, and much more.
You can book your stay up to a year in advance, and guests are permitted to stay for up to 14 days. Whether you camp at Nevada Beach for a few weeks or just a weekend, you and your dog will make pawlenty of great memories together!
