The RV sites are spacious enough for big rigs, are landscaped, and include paver pads and patio areas on each lot. City water and sewer hookups are accessible. The resort is located off of a lake, so if you have a motor coach, you can ask for a lakefront lot. Rates will vary, but standard lots have a basic daily rate of $44. This rate includes city water, sewer, electric, WiFi, and two guests. Extra guests must pay $5 per person per day.

Amenities include a heated pool for use throughout the year, a clubhouse and activities center where daily and weekly events are scheduled, and an on-site beauty and barber shop.
