Description

The Ocala RV Camp Resort is a picturesque destination in northern Florida surrounded by oak and magnolia trees. The resort offers RV and tent camping as well as cozy cabins, and there are all sorts of fun things to do there during your stay. It's easily accessible thanks to its spot on the side of an on/off highway, and when you're not busy enjoying the on-site amenities, there are plenty of activities just a short drive away. Dogs are welcome to join their humans at RV and tent sites as long as they're cleaned up after, but cabins are not pet-friendly. There's also a fenced doggy area if your pet wants some off-leash fun.

Spacious RV sites come with 30 and 50-amp electric, as well as cable and wifi. The comfortable cabins have heaters for cold nights, as well as electric service and bunk beds. Tent sites begin at just $15 a night, RV sites at $30, and cabins go for $45 a night. Be sure to inquire about discounted rates if you plan on staying a week or more at this furrific resort.

The resort has a heated Olympic size pool as well as a smaller pool suited for children. There are laundry and shower facilities on-site, along with dump stations. If you need to stock up on propane, firewood, or ice cream during your stay, the camp store offers all of it. You'll find campfire pits around the resort, as well as horseshoes, a playground, basketball court, and friendly staff to help with whatever you need.

There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance of the resort, and several other attractions are just a quick drive away. Campers can head to Wild Waters Park, MGM, Cape Kennedy, Busch Gardens, and so much more. You'll also find more than 60 miles of trails near the campground where hikers and bikers of all skill levels will find the pawfect path for them!
