Outback Montana RV Park & Campground is a family-operated campground situated in Bigfork, Montana. It is known for its pristine amenities, gracious hosts, and pine-lined sites. Whether you are visiting to fish on the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, hike the 700 miles of diverse, scenic trails of the Glacier National Park, or enjoy one of the many festivals of Bigfork, this campground will make an excellent home base. Best of all? It's family-oriented and pet-friendly! So don’t forget to pack your fur-ball’s water bowls, leash, and doggie waste bags.Â
From dry tent sites, 15 amp tent sites, 30 and 50 amp full-service RV sites, and cozy cabin rentals, Outback Montana RV Park and Campground provides plenty of comfortable camping options. Each site comes with a picnic table, fire ring, and lots of shade. Although some of the campsites could be more spaced out, the greenery and trees lining the sites enable patrons to enjoy plenty of privacy and peace. Thanks to the countless activities in the area, you are unlikely to spend much time at your site, though. With Woods Bay being less than a mile away, you and your four-pawed pal will be busy fishing and paddleboarding in Flathead Lake or enjoying the local restaurants and seafood.
The 50-site campground features well-maintained restrooms, laundry facilities, and picnic pavilions. Little campers will be happy to discover playgrounds, and the furry family members will enjoy sniffing out the dog walking areas. Canines are welcome at the campground as long as they remain supervised and leashed at all times.Â
Nightly rates for primitive campsites start at $20 and go all the way up to $39 for a full-service RV site. Rates vary depending on site size and hookup options. Cabins start at $120 per night, and pooches are even welcome to join you in the cabins for an extra $50 fee.
