Pato Blanco Lakes RV Resort

This is a lovely park on the lake in the San Pedro Valley. There are a variety of birds and waterfowl who visit here, and the park and surrounding area have trails for walks that let you take in the natural beauty of this area. The setting is park-like and there are three artesian fed lakes. 

There are a variety of interesting things to do in this area. Bring your golf clubs, or bring your fishing pole for a day on the water. Or, you can take a tour of the Kartchner Caverns State Park or visit the archeological museum. The park has 104 sites. The service amenities include laundry, full hook-ups, cable television, a dump station, and propane refills. You can take care of business here as the park has a mailbox, a message center, fax machine, phone for local calls, and a web station for email. There is also a clubhouse, swimming pool, and even a book exchange program. The park offers events by the lake such as barbeques, fishing catch and release contests, and community campfires. Visitors to the park consistently report that the park is clean and well maintained. 

Dogs are welcome in this park. Keep your dog on a leash when outside and walking about on the grounds. The park includes two dog runs that give your Fido the chance for some fun and exercise. Always check the size of dogs and activities in the dog runs before entering with your pet. Even when in an enclosed dog run, you will want to have good voice control with your dog. Make sure to bring your own poop bags to clean up after your dog and dispose of it properly. Do not take a puppy into the dog runs until all their vaccinations are completed. Keep your dog under control should you encounter the waterfowl and wildlife who inhabit this area.
