Description

Princess Creek Campground is one of the top campgrounds in Oregon. It rests in Deschutes National Forest, a vast forest in central Oregon that spans over one million acres. Every season, many campers stay at Princess Creek to enjoy the area’s picturesque scenery and the outdoor recreation sites nearby. However you choose to spend your time at the campground, you’re sure to enjoy its many great features, and one of its best features is that it welcomes furry paws!

Princess Creek is made up of 32 sites. The sites can accommodate trailers, tents, and RVs, so you can choose whichever camping style suits you. The nightly fee for a site is $14, and double sites are available for $28. Set beside Odell Lake and surrounded by fir, hemlock, and pine trees, the campground is a relaxing setting where you can clear your mind and immerse yourself in nature. It has a number of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, and these include picnic tables, campfire rings with grills, and a boat ramp for the lake next to the campground.

There are lots of things to do around the campground; Odell Lake is a popular spot for boating and fishing. There are also some smaller lakes and streams in the area that anglers can visit. Those who are interested in hiking and wildlife viewing can visit any of the many trails available in Deschutes National Forest.

When you’re planning your journey to Princess Creek Campground, there are a few things you'll need to keep in mind. While the campground allows RVs, there are no water or electric hookups available. Also, no drinking water is available at the campground, so all campers should bring enough to last through their stay. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times, and make sure to clean up after your dog as well.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
