Near the Lincoln National Forest in Ruidoso, New Mexico sits Rainbow Lake Cabin and RV Park. This furrific spot has 49 RV spaces to choose from as well as 27 cabin rentals, most of which sit right on the creek. There are plenty of convenient amenities right on-site, as well as a variety of fun and exciting activities in and around the grounds. If you'd like to bring your pooch along, you're welcome to do so! The resort just asks that your pet is always on a leash, always cleaned up after, and never left unattended.

If you opt for an RV site, it will come with full hookups, including free cable TV and WiFi, 30 or 50-amp electric, and water. RV sites also have paved parking pads, and some sites get lots of shade from the surrounding pine and fir trees. You'll also have access to restroom, shower, and laundry facilities, and there are also picnic areas with campfire spots, too. Cabins range from basic shelters with sleeping accommodations and a single bathroom to family cabins that can sleep several people and also include a deck, full kitchen, and living room. If you do opt for a cabin, be sure to get approval for your pet ahead of time if you plan to bring them.

Anglers can fish at one of two lakes within a mile of the campground or visit the on-site trout feeding pond. The resort also connects with the Lincoln National Forest, where a variety of exciting outdoor adventures await you. Rainbow Lake's gift store is stocked with the basic RV essentials you might require during your stay.

RV sites range from $32 to $45 per night depending on the time of year you visit, and certain times of the year also have minimum night stay requirements.
