Description

On the hunt for a fishing-friendly vacation destination in the Sunshine State? Rivers Edge RV Campground is an excellent place for fishing enthusiasts (and their four-legged travel companions!) to commune with nature while spending precious time doing some of their favorite things. Rivers Edge is located in the panhandle, just 40 miles away from Pensacola. Whether you are bringing your fishing vessel and planning to reserve a tent spot or making the long haul in a big rig, Rivers Edge welcomes you. Monthly and weekly rates are available if you are planning to stay a while.

Choose from many spacious grassy or dirt RV spaces, many of which have picnic table access and fire pits. You and your pup can wake up every day surrounded by nature, shaded by the tall trees nearby. Plus, you can stay connected with family, friends, or work with the park’s WiFi service. You can also take advantage of on-site propane refills, laundry and shower facilities, and restrooms. Keep in mind that Rivers Edge offers campers a rugged, outdoor camping experience with few amenities for your convenience -- that means no A/C or modern comforts. Just you, your pup, and the great outdoors!

Located in Okaloosa County, River Edge sits quite literally on the edge of the Yellow River, with select campsites offering spectacular views of the water. There is a boat launch on the property which allows guests to head out onto the river. You can also fish on the banks of the water, where catfish, bass, and other fish are known to roam. Or, leash up and explore the grounds with Spot, but watch out for potholes throughout the roads. If you truly love the outdoors and want a secluded place to enjoy some R&R with your doggo, Rivers Edge RV Campground is the pawfect place for you!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
