This campground was ravaged by a flood in 2013, which resulted in major losses for the company, but the good news is they have rebuilt a better-than-ever park with even more amenities than before! 

Riverview Campground offers affordable tent sites, RV spaces, and cottages, as well as a rentable pavilion and special event hall that, for an additional fee, guests can reserve for weddings and other group functions. Riverview's RV sites cover all the bases, with full hookups, cable TV, shaded sites, picnic tables, fire rings, and close proximity to restrooms and the coin laundry room. All guests have access to free basic wifi (though we suggest purchasing the premium wifi if you plan to stream movies or require reliable internet to work). 

Kids of all species love this campground since it features playgrounds for both human and canine children (though separate, of course), and access to the majestic Thompson River. Before you pack up Fido and Fifi, call the office to make sure they don't fall under the breed restrictions. Once there, keep your pooches leashed while roaming the grounds, and clean up anything they leave behind. 

You may be wondering, what is there to do in quiet Loveland? The answer is quite a lot! Vacationers who like to stay active can hike the trails at Devil's Backbone Open Space, or just enjoy a nice picnic at Boyd Lake State Park.
