Rocky Mountain RV Park and Lodging

If you're looking for a modern camping experience in the state of Montana, Rocky Mountain RV Park and Lodging is the place for you! A highlight of this campground is its location only four blocks away from the Yellowstone National Park, a well-known volcanic hot-spot waiting for you to explore!

During the off-season, RV rates can be as low as $49 per night. Unfortunately, this campground is targeted at RV and cabin campers, so tent sites are not available. However, if you don't have an RV, you can always enjoy a cabin rental. Two types of cabins are also available: camping cabins or deluxe cabins, which offer different amenities to meet the needs of any camper.

RV sites come as either standard or deluxe. Standard sites have all the necessary hook-ups, including water, sewage, and electric. They also come with free wireless internet and a picnic table. The sites are large enough to accommodate slideouts. Deluxe sites come with all the amenities found on the standard sites, but they also have cable and they’re wider. Both pull-through and back-in sites are found within this campground. Requests can be made when you make your reservation.

RV campers are the only pet-friendly sites -- for allergy purposes, dogs aren’t allowed in cabins. This campground does have a pet walking area where your furry friend is permitted to be off-leash. You're asked only to walk your pet in this area and avoid letting them walk on the grassy areas throughout the park. When not in the pet area, remember to keep your pooch on their leash at all times, and of course, tidy up any pet waste they leave.

You won't be disappointed with the many amenities at Rocky Mountain. These include hot showers and clean bathhouse facilities. Wireless internet and miniature golf are available, and both groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful viewing deck was built with the purpose of watching the sun set behind the mountains, and a communal fire area is available for group fires, depending on the weather. Fires are, unfortunately, not permitted on individual sites.
