Located one-half mile off of Route 66, you can enjoy watching the sunset over Goose Lake, where you can also go fishing for crappie, bluegill, sunfish, bass, and catfish. Or you can drive to Lake Havasu that is 30 miles away and visit the London Bridge. The Grand Canyon is within driving distance. Take a ride to Oatman and take in the High Noon shoot-out as you step back into the history of the wild west. You can take in the area on your own or book a tour. Within ten miles, you will find an archery range, ATV trails, rock and mountain climbing, a casino, a marina, trails for biking and hiking, and boating opportunities.
The park has 33 spaces available on the desert landscape. The sites accommodate RVs and are gravel with full hook-ups and sewage disposal. You will also have a fire ring and patio. There is laundry on site and you can give your RV a wash as well. Tent camping is allowed here, and tent sites are gravel with artificial cover.
The park has a recreation hall and offers planned activities. The park is a member of the Good Sam Club. They offer special rates for the military. Pets are welcome. Keep your dog on a leash when you are camping to keep everyone comfortable. Never tether your pet outside or leave your pooch unattended. There are no extra charges for pets. Be a good caretaker and clean up after your dog, disposing of the bags properly.
