The Sandy Pond Campground has 200 campsites just minutes from the Cape Cod Canal, and you'll have your choice of an open or wooded site within a pine forest. You'll also have your choice of remote and primitive sites or full-hookup sites, and they're all dog-friendly! That's right -- you can bring your dog along to enjoy Sandy Pond Campground with you for a $5 pet fee, just keep them on a leash when they're out of your vehicle.

Depending on what time of year you visit, tent camping sites range from $32 to $37 per night, and most of them have a view of the frog pond. RV sites range from $50 to $58 per night. Some feature standard hookups, while others offer full hookups, cable, and wifi. The campground also offers rentals for cabins, trailers, and pop-up campers, although trailers and cabins are not pet-friendly. Open campfires are allowed at Sandy Pond, and there is a portable dumping service as well as a dump station. Should you need propane or firewood during your stay, Sandy Pond sells both!

Camping rates include two adults, two children, and one vehicle, and fees increase by $5 if you visit on a holiday weekend. Each additional adult costs $12 a day, children over three cost an extra $8, and extra vehicles or boats are an additional $10 per day.
