Savannah Oaks RV Resort

Savannah Oaks is a family-friendly RV resort in Savannah, Georgia that sits on more than 24 acres. There are more than 100 RV sites to choose from as well as one cabin for rent. During your stay, you'll have access to a variety of amenities and activities to keep you entertained and comfortable, whether you're just there for a quick vacation or setting up camp for a month or more.

Your dog can come along and enjoy the beauty of the Savannah Oaks RV Resort with you as well, and there's even an off-leash area for them to explore! There are a few breed restrictions to be aware of before you visit -- the resort does not allow Pit bulls, Dobermans, German shepherds, Chowchows, or Rottweilers at their monthly sites. There are dog walking sites around the resort, but if your dog isn't in the off-leash park, be sure to keep them restrained and make sure you always clean up after them.

There are 30 and 50-amp electric sites to choose from, and RV sites also have water and electric. If you'd like to have a fire at your site, fire pits are available to rent. Basic sites with water and electric start at just $34 a night, and full hookup sites go for $44. The cabin can be rented for $90 a night, but it is non-smoking and pets are not permitted in the cabin.

To keep you busy during your stay, there are basketball and tetherball courts as well as horseshoe pits. There are also playgrounds, a dock, and a boat launch along the Ogeechee River. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and exercise room, as well as a dump station, and laundry and shower facilities.

This pawesome resort is just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, as well as a variety of other attractions. Make the quick drive to the Golden Isles or Tybee Beach for a day in the water and sun, take a boat tour in the Okefenokee Swamp Park, or take in the sights at the Georgia Coastal Colonial Gardens.
