The resort is fairly grassy and looks to have a lot of shade from trees. The resort offers full hookups for RVs and they also have patios, tables, and room for slideouts at each site. There are restrooms and showers for your convenience. However, there doesn’t appear to be campfire rings on site, so you’ll probably have to go without your campfire. The resort does have other amenities to offer though, such as metered LP gas, cable, laundry facilities, and RV storage. Outdoors, they have a rec hall, shuffleboard, a heated pool, horseshoes, planned activities, and more! If you would like to do something away from your campsite, Silver Springs has boating and fishing for you to enjoy.

When it comes to Fido, as mentioned, they can come along, and they will probably have a great time. However, it does appear that this resort has restrictions about breeds and quantity of dogs. So, keep an eye on that, and be sure to phone ahead. For your comfort and your pooch’s, be sure to bring along all of their necessities like their bedding, favorite kind of food, treats, toys, and anything else they might need to stay happy and comfortable. The resort doesn’t mention anything on their website about your pooch’s leash or them needing to be leashed at all times - but bring one just in case, as well as poop bags. Make sure to always clean up after your pooch and be respectful, regardless if there are rules or not.
