Sundance 1 has gone through recent growth and renovations, adding several new buildings for recreational, community, and event purposes. This includes a beautiful indoor/outdoor heated pool and an indoor spa.

For visitors looking for a little more of a community feel, Sundance 1 has a clubhouse with a newly remodeled billiards room.
