The number-one pastime in Three Rivers State Park is fishing. The park sits on the shores of Lake Seminole, which is formed by the convergence of the Chattahoochee and Flint Rivers, and the campground provides easy access to a small boat ramp and a sizable fishing pier. Anglers can target bass, catfish, bluegill, and several other species, while the calm waters are also perfect for fishing and kayaking. Canoe rentals are available for $15 a day.

If you ever tire of being out on the water, there are four nature trails to explore on foot. All trails can be accessed from the campground and either lead you through upland pine forest or along the shores of the lake. They offer a total of five miles of hiking, while there are also seven miles of biking trails.

A $3 entry fee applies per vehicle, and while there's a one-bedroom cabin available in the park, it does not permit pets. This is also a park that offers a quiet and secluded camping experience, so if you're looking for an action-packed adventure or a campground with easy access to heaps of shops and restaurants, this may not be the ideal destination for you.
