Calling all golf enthusiasts -- the Turquoise Valley Golf Course and RV Park (also called Bisbee RV Park) is an affordable place to camp right next to an 18-hole golf course! Better still, they let you bring your favorite four-legged buddy along for the trip.
While the area is definitely known first and foremost for golf -- the course is over 100 years old -- the camping comes with all of the amenities you and your family could want during your stay. Each site has full hookups along with TV and "Blazing WiFi". For the family that likes to stream, you can even request more bandwidth to accommodate all of the movie-watching you can handle! A section of grass is dedicated to campers staying in tents. The grounds have propane available on-site and promise their staff is the friendliest around. You can even pop into the clubhouse for daily meals throughout your time at Turquoise Valley.
Golf is obviously the main attraction for campers at this park. Spending the day on the course is budget-friendly, as are cart rentals, and further discounts may be available for those staying at the park. If golf isn't your thing, you'll be happy to hear that there are many fun things to do close by that don't involve a bag of clubs. Take a drive to any one of the nearby canyons and feast your eyes on the views (or take Fido and a leash and hit the trails!) You can even hop down to Mexico and enjoy the beautiful culture for the day while collecting on some great shopping deals!
Your pupper will be thrilled to find out that not only does Turquoise Valley have an off-leash dog park, but they also have a dog run that spans the entire perimeter of the property! With all of this space for exercising your canine compadre, it should be easy keeping them off of the golf course and other forbidden areas. Poop bags and a dedicated dog-doo garbage can are coming to the dog park, but for now, keep a stash of bags on your person for quick clean-ups.
With great rates and close proximity to fun activities, there is no reason why you and your doggo can't enjoy your time at Turquoise Valley!
