Twelve Oaks RV Resort

Twelve Oaks is an adult-oriented RV resort in Sanford, Florida near a variety of exciting attractions. The campground's roads are paved, and campsites are landscaped with concrete patios and plenty of shade. While some guests are just passing through, many people love this campground so much they make it their home all year long! 

If your dog weighs less than 20 pounds, they're welcome to join you at Twelve Oaks RV Resort! Be sure to keep them on a leash, even in dog run areas, and always clean up after them. Florida law requires you carry evidence of their rabies vaccinations, so be sure to bring that along. Pets can never be left unattended at the resort, and they're expected to abide by the resort's quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, just like humans. 

Each site at Twelve Oaks has 20, 30, or 50-amp electric, as well as water and sewer access. Some guests note that sites are a bit close together so you may need help parking your vehicle if it's very large. Once you're all set up, it's time to starting enjoying the facilities and amenities! There are showers and restrooms for guests, as well as laundry facilities, and guests can access free wifi throughout the resort.

There's a beautiful swimming pool for guests, and throughout the year, the resort hosts lots of fun events. There are potlucks, crafts, socials, Bingo, and lots of other fun things to do, including a pool table and a gym. When you're not busy at the resort, take a trip to one of several nearby beaches, including New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach, which are both less than an hour away. You can grab lunch or dinner at a waterfront restaurant, or visit interesting shops and boutiques as well. 

Daily rates start at just $45, and weekly rates begin at $250. Both daily and weekly rates include electric, and prices are based on two guests. If you're staying a week or more, be sure to inquire about extended stay rates!
