The campground is surrounded by the Black Canyon, the Colorado River, the mountains, and the desert, making it a great place to stay if you want access to many different scenic views and landscapes. Lake Mead and Lake Majove are also close and are great for various water activities like boating, swimming, and watersports. You can also explore and hike around the Hoover Dam.Â
RV sites at the campground have water, electric, sewer, a fire ring, and picnic tables for eating and preparing food. Tent sites also have fire rings, and picnic tables and two tents are allowed per site. You will have access to a 24-hour laundry and shower facility, a restaurant, a convenience store, fishing pier, boat launching ramp, marina with boat rentals, and WiFi within the park.Â
Your dog is allowed at this campground, but there is a maximum of two pets per campsite. All dogs must wear a leash at all times, and you are not allowed to tether your dog and leave them unattended outside. Dogs are not permitted in the restrooms, showers, or inside any other building located on the campsite. Always remember to keep your dog well hydrated and give them fresh drinking water at all times. Make sure they have a cool place to relax and give them fresh water since the desert can get very hot in the summer months.Â
Overall, Willow Beach Campground is a great place to stay when you want access to many different types of landscapes and activities. We are sure everyone in your family will love their stay. Â
