The Marysville Bark Park offers an excellent opportunity for owners and dogs to spend quality time together surrounded by nature. This six-acre park enjoys a smart layout, as there is plenty of room for Fido to run around while you get some rest on one of the wooden benches.
The park features an active dog area and a less active dog area. As you will see once you get there, both of these areas are separated by fences. There is a 1,685-foot walking path that leads to both dog areas. One of the most excellent features of this park is probably the water fountain.
This thoughtful fountain provides an ADA accessible arm and a pet bowl in case your dog gets thirsty. A hose is connected to the water that allows you to wash off any dirt off your dog before leaving the park. To make the Bark Park even more fun for your furry friend, there are four tunnels that your pooch can explore and have the most fantastic time doing it.
As safety always comes first, the park ensures maximum protection for your dog. Therefore, there are three different types of fencing surrounding this fantastic park. At the entry gates, you will find black ornamental fencing. Black vinyl clad chain link fence surrounds the less active dog area while the active dog area is secured by a rustique farm fence.
Keep in mind that cleaning up after your dog is imperative, so make sure you have a waste bag handy. All in all, your furry companion will have a safe and fun time while being here. Bark Park is a dream turned into reality for many dog owners in this area, as it is the first and, so far, the only public dog park in Union County. Put your comfy shoes on and take your pooch out for a fun day at the park!
