Independence Mine State Historical Park
When you come and visit the Independence Mine State Historic Park, you will find many different amenities that are available for your enjoyment. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this park as the Independence Mine State Historic Park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here.
Pet parents should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in this park. If you wish to visit the park, you must come during a certain time of year. The Independence Mine State Historic Park is only open from mid-June until Labor Day.
