Ocean City State Park

On the Washington Coast in the city of Ocean Shores is the cutest little beach town with the perfect state park. Ocean City State Park is great for walks, clamming, birding, or even bring your dog for a fun day at the beach. It's perfect for a day trip or plan an overnight camping trip here with your pet. Washington state has so much to offer and this dog-friendly park and campground is an ideal little spot. 

The beautiful Ocean City State Park is a dog-friendly state park. This park has amenities that include picnic tables restrooms, campgrounds, and plenty of room to play and explore. Dogs are allowed both in the park and on the campgrounds. All dogs must be on a leash of eight feet or less at all times. Dog sledding with wheeled sleds is also allowed on the beach. Please clean up after your pets. Your dog should be licensed and up to date on his or her vaccinations. Please be respectful to other park-goers and campers. 

There is plenty of parking at this state park and trash cans are located throughout the park and beach. So, no worries there. However, there is no designated off-leash area for dogs. This is why your dog must be on a leash at all times. While you are here though, enjoy the trails, the sound of the waves, nature, and just relaxing with your pooch in this serene location! It’s a perfect spot for a picnic get-away!
