There's no fees associated with entrance to the park. Visitors to this breathtakingly beautiful area praise its incredible ocean views as glimpsed from the many cliffs and trails.

Some do note that the trails are both narrow and steep, but the view from the pinnacle is worth every effort exerted to achieve it. The beach portion of this gem of a property is a well-kept secret. Also housed on the grounds are sandstone rock formations accrued through wind and water effects over the years. There are no on-site amenities at Otter Point State Recreational Site. Drinking water should be brought from home to help keep Fido and the whole family well-hydrated.

It's the responsibility of all owners to clean up after their pets. With this in mind, it is wise to bring poop bags to assist with this task. There are no public bathrooms on the grounds nor is there any seating provided on the premises. However, the beach is conducive to picnicking; all that is needed is a blanket and a packed lunch for a relaxing afternoon in the perfect spot for quality time with loved ones or even a quick afternoon nap.

Otter Point State Recreation Site observes all Oregon by-laws and requires all dogs enjoying their public property to be current on vaccinations. A city dog license is also highly advised. For a day in a gorgeous Oregon park, consider a visit to Otter Point State Recreation Site!
