Palmer Park Off-Leash Dog Area is located in Janesville, Wisconsin. Housed on the 164-acre Palmer Park property, this dedicated dog space offers several designated play areas where dogs can enjoy off-leash play. It is important to note that the dog play spaces are completely unfenced. Dogs who lack a solid recall should remain on lead for their own safety. In addition to this, owners are required to carry a lead with them at all times in case of an emergency situation. 

Palmer Park Off-Leash Dog Area earns high marks from visitors for its scenic landscape and untouched beauty. Entrance to this public space is free of charge. It is unknown if bathroom facilities are available on-site nor is it known if a potable water source is provided to address Fido's hydration needs. It is suggested that owners carry a bottle of water and a suitable bowl for drinking with them. 

This pristine dog wonderland is equipped with many paths for Fido and his owners to enjoy. In accordance with state by-laws, dogs must be on a lead of no more than six feet in length when not enjoying the earmarked designated off-leash play zones. There is also a stream on the premises which lends refreshing views and a serene atmosphere to the property. 

It is not known if poop bags are available on-site. It is the responsibility of all owners to pick up and properly dispose of all canine waste. Dogs enjoying this doggy play retreat are required to have a current city dog license. Though vaccinations are not mandated by state law, it is highly recommended that all dogs be up to date on them.
