Quail Creek Dog Park

Quail Creek Dog Park is a beautiful dog park in Sahuarita, Arizona. This dog park is a large fenced section, divided into separate areas by a paved barrier that goes in between the two parts. A grass area and a gravel area. In between these sections, there are often paved breaks in the concrete pseudo-barrier that separates the grass side from the gravel side. 

These paved sections house many of the amenities that this park provides. On one, you will find a water spout with running water to keep you and your canine hydrated. On several others, you will find benches for seating. Some seating can also be found under a pavilion on the grass side. This pavilion and the shade it provides is going to be some of the only shade at the Quail Creek Dog Park. 

There is a lot of seating here, but outside of that pavilion, you are subjected to the full fury of the Arizona sun, with only a few small trees making any other reprieve. This dog park is a rather decent size, and you could easily play some long-range games here like fetch or frisbee. There is plenty of space to run and play. 

The Quail Creek Dog Park also stays pretty well maintained, though the grass there does not always get the attention it needs. Dog bags are available for your convenience, and garbage bags are scattered throughout. This makes for a great park for your canine to socialize, however, it is a co-mingled area. That means small dogs and large dogs all share the same space, with no barrier between. 

This can put small dogs at a pretty high risk if the large canines have not been socialized with small canines in the past. The park is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a place to kill some time with your canine at no cost, this option is for you. Your canine is sure to wear themselves out.
