There is a lot of space for your canine to run and play here. There are some trails through the vegetation here that you can walk your canine through. Keep in mind, due to the space at this park and dense vegetation, if you are not staying attentive, your canine could go outside of your visual range, though the park is fully fenced so they will be unable to escape entirely.
There are a few downsides here. This is a co-mingled dog park. This means the smaller dogs in the same fenced section as the other canines in the park. This puts the smaller dogs at a much higher risk as the large dogs could quickly do some damage. This makes it very important that you only bring your canine here if they do not have any aggressive behaviors and they have been socialized with small canines in the past.
There are plenty of trees at this park, and they produce a high canopy with a considerable amount of shade for the patrons of the park. This space consists of fields and some wooded biome.
The Sheboygan Dog Park has some amenities that you would commonly find at a dog park but lacks some others that you may be able to find elsewhere. There are poop bags at the entrance to this park, but there is no running water at this location. Be sure to bring your water so you and your canine can stay hydrated while visiting the park.
