The Silver Falls State Park is also the largest state park in the state of Oregon, and it spans at 9.200 acres large. When you come and visit this park, you will find many different amenities for enjoyment. There are waterfalls, trails, overnight areas, a conference center, a creek, an off-leash dog area, a playground, horseshoe pits, barbeque stands, shelters, and picnic tables.
Dogs are also allowed throughout the Silver Falls State Park, but they must remain on-leash when they are not in the off-leash area. It is an awesome park to come and visit. The off-leash dog area gives your dog the freedom to run wild with their crazy new friends as well as a beautiful area to run around and explore.Â
You will find trees, shade, and benches in this area. Owners and their dogs must follow the rules and regulations that are implemented by the area. All dogs must first be licensed, vaccinated, and tagged before they can come to the Silver Falls State Park, and all female pups in heat and young puppies under four months old must remain at home.Â
Dog owners must clean up and watch over their dogs at all times, and all dogs should be well-mannered before they come to this park. The Silver Falls State Park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior. If your dog is not in the off-leash area, they must remain on a leash by their owner's side. This state park is a wonderful place that is full of fun adventures, so come on over and have a blast.Â
