Book Dog Walk

Introduction

Folks in Dallas really love their dogs and are always looking for pawsome parks where the pooches can run and socialize leash-free. Luckily, Dallas has provided several dog parks that fill the bill! Some are off-leash areas inside larger pup-friendly parks, while others are stand-alone, but all of them provide fun, safe places for your fur-baby to meet new friends, use up some of their excess energy, and most importantly, play! Most provide water and waste disposal facilities, and some of the best provide benches and tables where humans can relax, meet new human friends and talk about their furry besties!

#10 Westminster Dog Park

This little-known dog park is chock full of dog-focused amenities like a dog spa, a fenced leash-free dog run and lots of grass for romping and cavorting with new and old canine furriends! Human members of the family can chill on one of the shaded chairs while they marvel over the exuberance before them. Two separate areas for small and large dogs keep everyone feeling secure and happy. With free parking and a human restroom, what could be better?

#9 The Pooch Patio

While this is not a typical fenced park, the Pooch Patio offers lots to recommend it. For a small fee, owners can treat their fur-buddies to one of 3 customized indoor-outdoor playroom settings where romping and cavorting is encouraged. Which section is best for your pup is determined by size: Ruff House for large dogs, Mutt House for mediums and PeeWee Playroom for the tinies. Doggy furniture and toys are the icing on the pupcake!

#8 Mutts Canine Cantina and Dog Park

This unique Dallas cantina and adjoining dog park is a must visit! Not only does the restaurant menu include pawlicious treats for both humans and doggos, but being able to watch your pup run and play in the fenced dog run while enjoying your food and beverage is furtastic! Cantina attendants take care of water and waste removal, and there's even a tub for rinsing off any dirt before heading home! What a pawrific idea!
