Willow Creek Park Dog Park is a fenced area for canines located in Prescott, Arizona. It offers a separate section for small dogs and larger canines. The large dog park has various items for canines to climb on, over and under. Located just north of Willow Creek Roads, it is the perfect place for pet parents to take their furbabies after a day of work.
The park has amenities which will make your dog’s time there an enjoyable one. Aside from dog segregation according to size, it also has drinking fountains, so you need not worry about Spike getting parched while running around and having a great time with the other dogs.
There is agility equipment that helps ensure your canine gets the exercise he needs. There are also shade structures located all throughout the park to help ensure there is protection from the sun. This is good for canines, as well as their pet parents from the Arizona sun, especially in the afternoons.
There is a covered section with chairs for pet parents to sit on and tables so they can relax and even bond with other pet parents while watching their furbabies have the time of their lives. Majority of the area is covered in fake grass. Owners come to the park are responsible and always pick up after their dogs.
Although the Willow Creek Park Dog Park provides dog poop bags, it is best to bring your own in case the supply runs out. There are numerous trash cans all throughout the park where you can dispose of your dog’s waste so you are easily able to do your part in keeping the place clean.
The parking lot at the Willow Creek Park Dog Park is not that big, but it is sufficient to accommodate people who come to the park. However, it can get hectic when the weather is beautiful so you might want to go early on the weekends.
