Yuma Bark Park

Yuma, Arizona is one of the largest cities in the state, outside of the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan city areas. It is home to many wonderful people including the snowbirds who frequent the area from January through March. It is a phenomenal city on the banks of the Colorado River and is loved by both the people who live in the area and their four-legged friends.

Your beloved pet is sure to love visiting the Yuma Bark Park. This awesome park is located just behind the Walmart on Palo Verde Street with easy to get to access to the park by Pacific Avenue. 

This bark park is a fully fenced-in dog park that is roughly 3.35 acres of dog-friendly fun. Dogs are allowed off-leash within the fenced-in areas. These areas are ideal for socialization, play, and exercise. The park has agility equipment including a crawl tube, a rail jump and jump window for the more adventurous pups. 

You will also find four doggie bag stations, several trash cans, and benches for you to rest on while your dog plays. Sun and shade at this park are plentiful, with its nice trees and open spaces. Dogs should be on their leashes when entering and leaving the park. Also, they should be well-behaved, vaccinated, licensed and wearing their collars with proper tags on them. 

The park does have a water fountain for humans and dogs so that everyone stays hydrated on those hot Arizona days. Overall, this is a lovely city dog park that is great for locals and even the vacationers to the area love this place.
