Residentially, this neighborhood has several apartment complexes and condominiums, but there are also standalone, single-family homes. However, more adventure and fun areas to explore can be found to the east of the neighborhood where several small parks connect to one of the largest greenways in Columbus. Connected parks include Columbus Park of Roses, Anheuser-Busch Sports Park, Olentangy Park, Kenney Park, Broadmeadows Park, and more. These parks all sit along the shores of the Olentangy River.
