Yes, Grooming services are available on the Wag! app. Part of our Specialty Services offerings, Grooming services include everything from a quick nail trim to a full-blown grooming session complete with nail trimming and a blowout.

Grooming services are more custom than some other pet care services on the Wag! app. Chat with your Pet Caregiver to learn more about what the service will entail.

No matter which service you’re booking, please be sure to communicate your pet’s needs with your Pet Caregiver before the service starts. Pamper your pet with a full-service grooming. Customize the grooming to your pet’s needs for a special occasion or a much-needed deep clean. May include bath, brush, nail trimming, paw trimming or other specialty grooming options. Could your woofer use a quick wash? Book a basic Bath to get your pup scrubbed up before they return home. This service doesn’t include extras like nail trimming, but you can add on additional services when booking. For more information, visit our Help Center article on Service Add-ons.

To book a Grooming service:

• 1. Open the Wag! app.
• 2. Tap “Specialties” from the home screen.
• 3. Tap “Grooming”.
• 4. Select a Pet Caregiver and tap “Book”.
• 5. .On the next screen, select “Complete Grooming” or “Bath”.
• 6. Update the start date and time, home access notes, and number of pets.
• 7. Tap “Confirm details”.
• 8. Select any add-ons you’d like, then tap “Next”.
• 9. Tap “Book now” to finalize your booking.

Pet Caregivers set their own rates for Grooming services. Check the profile of your preferred Pet Caregiver to see their rates.

Please check the profile of the Pet Caregiver you’d like to book to learn about their exact experience and qualifications.

Absolutely! When booking a Grooming service, you can provide details in the “Notes for Caregiver” section of your Home Access notes for the booking. (Please note a 2,000-character limit applies.)

You can also message your Pet Caregiver in the app after the service is booked.

Many Pet Caregivers on the Wag! app specialize in caring for dogs with unique needs. Please communicate your dog’s special needs with your Pet Caregiver prior to the service.

The duration of a Grooming service depends on the Pet Caregiver. Some may be as short as 30 minutes, while others can be as long as 3 hours. Talk to your Pet Caregiver to learn how long your pet’s Grooming service will take.
