Background checks
All Pet Caregiver applicants undergo thorough background checks before gaining access to the platform. By gathering data from counties and states nationwide, Vetty enables our adjudication team to evaluate each applicant comprehensively and in full compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Live emergency support
Accessible via the Red Bell icon, allowing immediate contact with the Live Emergency Department for emergencies occurring during a service or within three (3) hours before or after a service.
24/7 help section
Provides access to helpful pet care articles and the ability to contact Support for additional assistance or information at any time.
