First developed in 1939, the neighborhood, which is also referred to as Casa Linda Estates, retains its old growth trees and unique, vintage homes, making it a quaint walking experience for you and your pup. Close to White Rock Lake, the community is bordered by Garland Road to the west, Peavy Road to the north, Ash Creek Estates to the east, and Little Forest Hills to the south. It is a small neighborhood of just 455 homes.
