About the caregiver

Hello, my name is Amy! Animals have always been and continue to be a HUGE part of my life and I would love to be a service to you and your furry friend! Growing up I've had experience caring for a variety of animals from a breaded dragon to chickens. Dogs were our family's most consistent pet, but having a wide range of pets growing up as a child has given me a better and deeper understanding and love of animals. As I've grown older I've become more interested in caring for and learning about animals. In addition to having experience caring for my own animals, I have also had experience fostering puppies as well. Before adopting a dog of my own, I fostered puppies through a local KC agency. I loved this experience, but my compassionate trait made it difficult to part with them when it came time to send them off to their forever homes. This led me to adopt my dog. Harvey. One of, if not the best decision I've made! Animals have a way of helping fill voids that I didn't think were possible. Walks are a very important aspect of our daily routine. With that being said I'm confident that I'm a great fit to get your dog out and moving no matter the size, speed, or pace.
