About the caregiver

I am a senior at Capital University who is studying psychology. I have grown up around animals for my entire life. My family has had 8 cats and 3 dogs over the course of my life, as well as numerous foster pets. (Some of which we decided we had to adopt for ourselves). Throughout middle and high school, I volunteered at the Delaware Humane Society, by collecting food, beds, and toys for dogs up for adoption. I also helped to walk the dogs as staff is often limited. This previous year I was treasurer of my fraternity, and oversaw the fundraising of $10,000 for the VCAS organization. This is a great organization that trains and equips service dogs to aid veterans who experience P.T.S.D.
