About the caregiver

Hello! My name is Austin! I’ve been a dog walker all my life even before they fancy apps. Walking/running with pups has been a favorite activity for sometime now! Random background: SJSU grad of Recreational Therapy worked in mental health with young men 18-22 doing adventure & wilderness therapy in Puerto Rico abroad through positive psychology! Then worked at a sub-acute psych hospital here in the Bay Area and for City of Santa Clara Therapeutic Recreation department to aid kids all the way to older adults with disabilities to live their most fulfilling lives! We live a holistic and intersectional life, as do our dogs!! But their time is ever more so valuable!
