About the caregiver

I am a healthly male and loving dog owner. I enjoy walking as exercise ( up to 10 miles a day) and getting out in the fresh air especially with my walking partner, Davey Dog. I have owned dogs for most of my 60 + years and currently the proud pet of my owner, a 15 year old Terrier Mix named Davey Dog, who looks forward to walking me daily. I am a native born and raised Santa Rosan. I have recently retired as a school teacher, lastly a 10 year full time faculty member at CN High School in Santa Rosa. I am happily married and the proud father of 4 ( 3 sons and a daughter ) For the past 22 years a home owner in the Bennett Valley neighborhood of Santa Rosa. Graduate of SSU in 1992 (BA) and UC at Davis in 1994 (MFA) I am reliable, friendly and very dedicated to a loving, safe and enjoyable “Dog Day Afternoon” doggy stroll.
