About the caregiver

I have had dogs almost my entire adult life. They have all been mixed breeds in the 55-75 pound range. Just before Christmas we lost our 13-year old shepherd mix. Several years ago, I volunteered for Rescue Angels, a local rescue organization doing background checks and virtual home visits for people looking to adopt puppies. I can't see ever being without one of these loving, caring friends for long.
