About the caregiver

New to Wag, but I have owned a variety of pets throughout my life, including dogs, cats, mice, hamsters, and fish for large fresh water aquariums. I work from home & have a flexible schedule. When it comes to dogs, I have worked with a wide range of breeds and sizes! I currently own a Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) & a Chihuahua. I am comfortable with puppies to senior dogs - all are welcome. I am actively enrolled in school to be a dog trainer and instructor. Receiving guidance for the past two years from a mentor who has 20+ years of experience as a dog professional with a focus on specialized training (competitive dog sports, service dog training, scent tracking & detection). Experienced with reactive dogs, administering medication, puppy training & basics, and elderly dog care. *Please note that while I own dogs, I am set up to keep all dogs separated at all times while staying with me for an overnight or pet sitting stay.
