About the caregiver

I’ve been lucky to share a love and a deep connection with animals my entire life! While I know any animal that becomes a part of our journey is a gift, dogs are truly a treasure!! They can teach us so much. I have years of gigs house/petsitting, dog boarding/daycare, dog walking, training, transporting and caring for anything from bottle fed babes and untrained pups, to the sick/disabled and the departing. On a personal note, I am also looking for more care gigs for my own well-being. I very recently lost my best friend/familiar and four-legged copilot of 11 years. We both lived with cancer but he was there to show me how to get through. He even stepped up as my service dog when needed. Spent the last year bucket listing with him once we found the best course for him this round was no treatment. To say I miss him is a ridiculous understatement lol. However now that he is sadly no longer my top priority, I can start working more and take on my more fulfilling care jobs as well. Especially dog walking gigs as I don’t have my normal pal to walk with now. And I’ve found that I absolutely need a dog to say hi to every day lol! Obviously I am looking for the right lil gal to step in at some point and service train her from the start. But until then (and even after) this would be a great (necessary lol) way to hang out with some of the best creatures!!!!! 🐾❤️
