About the caregiver

Hi! My name is Jasmine. I have had dogs throughout my childhood and absolutely love them. I have owned retrievers, poodles, muts and healers throughout my life. I can’t have a dog of my own where I live so I try to take every opportunity I can to love on other people’s dogs! One of my favorite ways to spend time with dogs is to go hiking and backpacking, if you are looking for an excursion I would be happy to bring your pup along on an adventure. I am a child and adolescent therapist and my husband is a kindergarten teacher. I started dog walking to supplement our income and get outside. In my free time I love to be outside, read, play piano or climb! I have experience with animal assisted therapy and training in canine behavior and communication. Understanding canine behavior helps me to read their cues and adjust accordingly to ensure your pup feels safe and secure. I hope to have a therapy dog of my own some day, but until then, I am grateful to spend time with your pup! I especially enjoy dog sitting so I can spend more time with your furry friend, snuggle and play. Please reach out for a sitting job, I would love to help out!
