About the caregiver

I love spending time with all dogs since they are always so happy. I have great experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes as I’ve had a Lab, German Shepard, pitbull, and currently have a westy back home. Once I finish with college, I look forward to getting a big furry companion. With training my own dogs, I understand the importance of socializing dogs with other dogs but also adults and kids. Some of the training I have done with my dogs is to only bark when the doorbell rings to alert me of guests and to never jump when meeting new people. When walking with them, I teach them to walk with me not walk me. And I always make sure any pulling is kept to a minimum. I’ve learned the importance of patience and also having the proper demeanor and mood when with dogs. They pick up on things way more than some people realize and it’s always something to keep in mind.
