About the caregiver

Hello, and welcome! Prior to dog sitting and dog walking, my pet care experience includes fostering rescues with Wonder Dog Rescue, Grateful Dogs Rescue and the SF/SPCA shelter. I also have experience as a volunteer dog walker at the SF/SPCA. I have worked with dogs with a wide range of issues including: seniors, dogs with medical issues, including trauma and abuse/neglect. I have a special love for my work with fostering rescues, as well as walking shelter dogs. It’s an honor to have helped save the lives of many, many dogs. I currently work from home, giving the opportunity to provide individualized time to all dog clients when boarding. We are in Daly City, next to the SF boarder and a short ride from SFO. Great plus! I have two small children—ages 6 and 8. Our kids love dogs and are good with all types of dogs. Your dog must be good with kids—no exceptions when boarding. We also prefer crate-trained dogs. When boarding, it gives maximum comfort to them while they are in a different home. I have medium and small sized crates available. The crate would be used at bedtime, or for short periods when I leave the home. Doggy beds are also welcomed. For dogs who have a history of separation anxiety, I find crates to be a helpful tool to promote a calm and peaceful environment.
